I can absolutely advise Claire from the Amber Alchemy as a wellbeing coach. She designed a program adapted to my needs and requests but went beyond that. Not only do I feel so much fitter than before, she gave me a love for yoga and meditation, learned me how healthy food can easily be a effortless part of my daily life and last but not least, made me aware of the importance of 'selfcare'. She has been flexible and supportive all the way, always there to give me that extra push that I needed.

I really enjoyed the morning with the group of fellow seekers. The revelations and awareness which came from the process was inspiring and insightful.Well done Katherine for creating this opening.

I went on a retreat organized by Claire. For me it was a perfect balance between physical workouts (like yoga, but also the meditative hike and the stand up paddling) and spiritual work. Claire organized everything really well and was very flexible and prepared with the program. Claire knows how to pay attention to the little things that gave an extra touch to my experience. And although she accommodated a large group, she had an eye for everyone in a personal way, and found little moments to chat with people one on one. I can definitely recommend a retreat organized by Claire!

Reading was for 30min, however only did 10mins... no insight given. Very dissapointing! Waste of time and money

I did medicine horse healing with Kathryn, thanks to my friend @rainbow_sutra ( also healing master) who highly recommended me to medicine horse. Kathryn is good at tuning in, if you open up she can guide you, and don't be afraid to ask any question. She is super friendly and connected you to your guide and spirits. The horses are at the top of this experience. She has 4 lovely horses, but I only interact with two, cause that was the time I needed to work on. Horses can sense your energy, then Kathryn stands by you she then translates them for you. She also shows you what you can do to heal yourself. If I have a headache or knee pain, she sensed and trusts the process and has Kathryn help me throughout this healing journey. I'm very thankful that I drove all the way and see Kathryn, definitely a great experience.

Claire is great asset to anyone seeking support during any time of their wellness journey! She is approachable, supportive and really goes the extra mile to work on solutions that are tailored to your individual needs and expectations. Her constant support and guidance makes you feel like you are not alone at any time and whenever I felt like giving up, Claire’s positive outlook on life kept me going.I would recommend this service to anyone seeking support with any part of wellness- whatever that means for you - Claire will be walking beside you every step of the way!Xx Charlene xx
